GWH- How do I book Oracle R12 (SBS) Training? (SFT or RUH please see separate guide)

New User


New users cannot be set up on SBS Oracle without completing the training course.  These courses are instructor lead via teams and are run regularly (typically most Tuesdays) 


See attached "New User" form below, to be completed by your line manager and sent to gwh.oracletraining@nhs.net & salisburyfoundationtrust-support.freshdesk.com to raise your request.


Once received and processed you will be given a training slot and sent a teams invite with the training guide attached.

The SLA for completion of this is typically 7 days working days.


Existing User


If you have any further training needs including the need for a full refresh, please contact the ICS Procurement Helpdesk using email:


support@salisburyfoundationtrustsupport.freshdesk.com


Ensure that you provide in the description to whether you wish to complete the training course again or require support to resolve a particular issue you are having.  Give as much detail as you can regarding your issue.



The SLA for arrange the full training course is typically 7 days working days, however for where more simple support is requested we will endeavour to respond within 2 working days unless critical.


To ensure there is no risk to patient care and the helpdesk team proritise work that impacts this, please only use critical when there is a genuine business need that cannot wait 2 days.
