All Trust - What do I do if my requisition is on hold?

If you requisition has not been processed it may be for the following reasons,


The requisition may still be in process and require further approval


Requisition approval has timed out and the requisition has been returned to the originator, the status will be Incomplete


Requisition has been returned by P2P team as further detail is required or supplier details are not provided (GWH Only)


The value of your requisition is over £10k (RUH only - including VAT) and is being confirmed as compliant to Trust Standing Financial Instructions (SFI) 


The following SFIs sections will help you  to understand the Procurement Thresholds and how they apply to your purchase and what should be undertaken before raising your requisition.

If your requisition is on hold,  email the Helpdesk and ask for support from the P2P Team


Should require procurement advise, request help from the Sourcing Team
