All Trusts - How do I get a Proof of Delivery ? (excluding NHS Supply Chain)

On this portal - select "Submit a Ticket" - this will give you a drop down list.


Select "Request a POD " and complete with the following information, 


Trust

Purchase Order Number/Requisition Number 

Supplier Name

Date requisition raised


Alternatively email the Helpdesk at,

support@salisburyfoundationtrust-support.freshdesk.com


Stating clearly in the subject header, Trust, Proof of Delivery Required and including in the email, the same details, as above.


Please allow up to 2 working days for the supplier to be contacted and delivery information obtained


Once a proof of delivery is received, efforts will be made to locate goods on site and for them to be forwarded to the correct department, these investigations may take longer than the initial two days but updates will be provided
