Providing the Correct Information

• Check you have used the right supplier, are suppliers with similar names such as Abbotts Diagnostics and Abbotts Rapid
• You must add an item code where this is known
• Please check your unit of measure so you don't accidently order 100 boxes of 100 when you only need 100 items
• Descriptions should not include supplier name, cost code, price, item code - there are separate fields for this information
• There should be spaces between each word on the requisitions
• You description should be specific and clear
